1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Erasio at erasio.app, including Erasio's websites, AI image editing tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, generated outputs, and related services.

By accessing or using Erasio, creating an account, uploading an image, starting a processing task, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Erasio.

2. Service Description

Erasio provides online AI image editing tools, including watermark removal, background removal, and related visual cleanup workflows. The service may let you upload images, select processing options, run AI tasks, preview or download generated outputs, manage credits, and access account or billing features.

AI-generated results can vary by image quality, watermark density, background complexity, provider availability, and safety checks. Erasio does not guarantee that every image can be edited perfectly.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Erasio on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

4. Your Content and Rights

You keep the rights you already have in images, prompts, masks, uploads, and other content you submit to Erasio ("User Content").

You grant Erasio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and reproduce User Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to upload, edit, process, and use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Erasio only for lawful purposes and only on images you own or have permission to edit. You must not:

• remove or alter watermarks, marks, notices, signatures, or rights-management information from content you do not own or lack permission to edit;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
• use Erasio to mislead others about authorship, provenance, licensing, ownership, identity, or authenticity;
• upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or privacy-invasive content;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, payment controls, security checks, rate limits, or abuse protections;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service;
• resell, sublicense, or provide Erasio as a competing service without written permission;
• use outputs in a way that violates law, third-party terms, or these Terms.

Erasio may block, reject, remove, or refuse to process content or activity that appears to violate these Terms or creates legal, security, or safety risk.

6. Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for permitted personal or commercial purposes if you have the rights needed for the underlying uploaded content.

Erasio does not verify ownership of uploaded images and does not provide legal clearance for generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Some Erasio features may require credits, a paid plan, or a subscription. Prices, credit costs, usage limits, included features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the product.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

• purchases, credits, and subscription fees are non-refundable;
• credits may expire, be limited to your account, or be subject to abuse controls;
• failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed payments may lead to account limits or loss of paid access;
• Erasio may change prices, plans, credit rules, and feature availability with reasonable notice where required.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Erasio and its software, design, workflows, models integrations, branding, content, documentation, and service infrastructure are owned by Erasio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Erasio technology to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Erasio except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal data. By using Erasio, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Changes and Availability

Erasio may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also change AI providers, processing methods, feature names, credit costs, or tool availability.

We aim to keep Erasio reliable, but the service is provided over the internet and may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, abuse controls, network issues, or events outside our control.

11. Termination

You may stop using Erasio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, tasks, credits, outputs, or access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, abused the service, or used Erasio unlawfully.

After termination, provisions that by nature should survive will continue, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms.

12. Disclaimers

Erasio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erasio disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Erasio does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, or a guarantee that removing a mark from an image is lawful. You are responsible for deciding whether your use is allowed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erasio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or claims arising from your misuse of the service or User Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erasio's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Erasio in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Erasio, its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of Erasio, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Erasio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts or dispute forum available in the jurisdiction where Erasio is operated, unless applicable law requires another forum.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of Erasio after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
