01
How many credits does one image cost?
One image costs one credit. Each credit gives you one full watermark removal — upload a photo, erase the mark, and download the clean result. Batch operations count one credit per exported image. You always see your remaining balance before you use a credit.
02
What's the difference between credits and a subscription?
Right now Erasio uses a credits model — buy a pack once and use the credits whenever you like within a year, with no recurring charge. A subscription option is coming for users who remove watermarks regularly and want the best per-image rate. Either way, you only pay for what you use.
03
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After one year, unused credits expire. There is no extension, so buy the pack that matches how many images you expect to clean in the next year.
04
Can I try Erasio before paying?
Yes. Erasio lets you remove watermarks for free before any purchase — no signup required. The free tier has a daily limit on exports. When you need more or want higher-resolution downloads, you can buy a credit pack and pick up exactly where you left off.
05
What can I remove with one credit?
One credit removes one watermark or mark from one image. This includes logos, text overlays, date stamps, signatures, stock photo watermarks, and social media marks from platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Heavier edits that require multiple passes use one credit per final export.
06
What payment methods do you accept?
Erasio accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and most local payment methods. Payment is processed securely — your card details are never stored by Erasio.
07
Can I get a refund?
If you purchased credits and haven't used any, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Once credits have been used, refunds are not available for the used portion. If you're unhappy with a result, reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.
08
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up at any time by buying a new credit pack. There's no subscription — each purchase is independent, and your existing unused credits stay valid until their expiry date.
